Beautiful refrigerator

It is a beautiful refrigerator. The plastic around the edges won't come off though so we are stuck wirh tiny pieces of plastic everywhere. The refrigerator section is great and convenient. The freezer section is a little small, but the bins are deep, so it is hard to organize it so you can find everything.

We thought it was going to hold less food than the fridge we had that died. But this was a great surprise. The doors hold quite a bit and the drawers are greatness. It’s quiet and looks great. So happy with our purchase!

Ice Maker doesn't work on new Refrigerator day 1

Second refrigerator, ice maker does not work on day of installation. Never buy another GE appliance as long as I live. Now I have to have a service man come out to fix a brand new ice maker.

Had my old refrigerator for 17 years replaced it with this one and I love it. Lots of space, light and bright inside, easy to organize and find everything. Counter depth fits perfectly.

Love how the new GE Refrigerator looks in our kitchen. It fits perfectly inside the designated cabinetry. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant and the shine makes the kitchen look brighter. It's a wonderful upgrade. Love the interior lights, the crisper drawers and the gallon sized door bins. Each one can hold up to two gallons and are very convenient; just open the door and grab your item off the door. The veggie and fruit bins could of been larger, but I understand that the additional space was needed to accommodate the large door bins.

Nice looking, but.....

We chose this refrigerator since it has no ice dispenser on the outside, it's counter depth, energy efficient, and a good size. However, it does not keep cool under 40 degrees. Our independent thermometer consistently registers in the high 40's to over 50 degrees. We've adjusted the temperature, and made sure we don't place items too close to the twin chill unit. We are careful to not keep the doors open very long. Milk has spoiled twice over the month that we've used the refrigerator. Also, the bins on the doors are much too big (deep). Unless the bins are full, items slide or fall when opening and closing the doors. I'd rather have more room on the main shelves and smaller door shelves. The freezer is difficult to organize and find food, and is poorly designed with cheap plastic drawers. I am disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
