So far it’s great and fits in my small space. My family needed a bigger refrigerator than freezer. The only reason didn’t give a 5 rating is because will wait a year to see how it lasts!

Large refrigerator

I like that there is a lot of space in the door for large items. Even though it’s a counter depth refrigerator, it’s still has a lot of space to put everything I need.

So much space

Such a huge step up from our old side-by-side. More space, not as deep, better features and SPACE. Our fridge almost looks empty with the same amount of food we used to have in our old fridge.

Freezer Handle badly designed

Interior of the fridge is nicely sectioned; shelves and drawers seem to be holding up well.
The deduction in rating stems from: 1. handle of freezer drawer keeps coming off because of ridiculously weak design; screws are way too small to properly secure the handle to the drawer; 2. Protective plastic film does not come off properly; bits and pieces are stuck in the seams; quite the eyesore 3. doesn't hold temperature at the set number: I set fridge temp at 37 and after a couple of days it drops to 35.

We will be sure and share your comments with our refrigeration design team. Make sure the set screws are tightened all of the way. We know how frustrating this can be when the protective film does not remove easily and completely. The temperature will fluctuate slightly. The opening of the doors and if the refrigerator had been in a defrost mode will also affect temperature. I love everything about this Refrigerator!

I love everything about this refrigerator from the counter depth, to the inside space, the beautiful slate finish...love, love, love the finish. It is so quiet! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
