Would not recommend

I had done a ton of research on cameras and wanted an affordable one that also had a good picture. I decided on this one despite some bad reviews as there's always bad reviews regardless. But I will give you mine anyways.
I received this product on June 9, 2020. I didn't even use it until the end of July and only use it while my child naps (maybe 2 hours a day as he still sleeps overnight in our room, he's only 3 months old) and not even 3 weeks later it just became a horrible picture. I can hardly see my son on it it's so blurry. He makes a lot of noise in his sleep so I have to actually go in his room and check if he's awake each time which is why I wanted a video one and now it's useless to me.
Sometimes it randomly disconnects and reconnects without warning or being moved. It dies quite quickly, which I expected so that's not a big deal just make sure you always have the charger close by.

Motorola 5" video baby monitor

Recieved this in June as a gift for our new baby. We only use the monitor for naps and early evenings as our baby is still in our room at night. We started using the monitor in July. The connection constantly cuts out when we move around in the house without warning. Cant go 150ft, let alone the 1000ft range(which was a reason for adding it to our wish list). The picture is fuzzy if the room isnt 100% dark or 100% bright. The battery life on the handheld monitor doesnt last very long. The audio isnt the greatest. The camera looks like its zoomed in without using the zoom feature. Extremely disappointed in this camera. Had to go buy different style and brand so we an actually see and hear our baby.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible!

We bought this for our newborn, and 5-6 months in of using it the charge maybe lasts for 30 minutes on a full charge, the screen has awful picture, it stops working periodically, and is quite delayed for sound. Would steer clear from this. Tried to contact Motorola, and they were useless.

Does the job, but a lot of downfalls

Overall I find the picture quality to be good, sound is crisp, battery life is ok so far - but I miss some of the functionality of the older model. I can't seem to get the picture to stay on longer than 30mins even when it's plugged in. The volume at the lowest setting is very loud. The light on the camera itself is quite bright and large, and flashes if the parent unit isn't turned on.

Quality not there

We have used our monitor for just 1.5 years and it just completely quit working. The screen won’t turn on, but the green light continues to glow. Cannot see/hear or get alerts. For the price I had hoped it would last longer than this.

Worst purchase - DO NOT BUY

Bought the baby monitor comfort 85 - you can’t add another camera to it. You must be connected to a 2.4ghz network. Try to set up another network and didn’t work as I am on a 5ghz.
Their support team would give you the run around for months until your device is off the manufacturing warranty. Than they would tell you sorry there is nothing we can do about it.
DIIDNT ARGUE
bought a second baby monitor - same brand comfort 75 monitor this time and it stopped working all of the sudden just a few weeks prior to warranty expired from manufacture.
AGAIN DO NOT BUY. Buy a vetch instead
