I love the design. We didn't know if we would like the large door shelf but they are great for storing smaller items. The lighting is also great

Freezer quit

Freezer stopped working after 4 years of use. Serviceman advised to replace vs repair. Seems to be an issue with this model. Disappointed to say the least.

Looks good, but small produce drawers

Seems pretty good so far. My only issue is that the fruit and vege drawers are much smaller than the fridge that I had before. Ice feature is good bc its not on the door.

No inside water dispenser

We were very dissappointed to find that we did not get the water dispenser inside the unit as we had ordered. We do not care for the outside dispenser due to grandkids playing with it, so we specifically ordered the unit with the dispenser inside. Found out that feature has been discontinued but no one had advised us of that fact, just deliverd to us without that feature.

Average refrigerator with a high price tag. No butter/egg dish, fancy storage or water dispenser included with this model. The door drives my kids crazy because you have to push it all the way shut.

Repair issues

Have only had the fridge 3 years and have already had 2 costly service calls. The lighting down below the tray went out and made all the other lights dim. Easy to change the small lights but there was a strip light under the tray impacting all lighting. It’s hard to see in this fridge without lighting.. freezer won’t go below 30 F degrees. Disappointed and had hoped this would have lasted longer without needing major repairs

Great until it stops working in 18 months TWICE

This is the most unfortunate adult purchase I have ever made. We have had this fridge for three years and just had our second one stop cooling. It took 6 months to get the warranty replacement for the first one. Neither fridge has lasted over a year and a half. We will now see how long of a wait we are in for this time around. Thank god we got the extended warranty to have minimal additional costs, but what a headache! I should not have been having to clean out my fridge last night at 9:30pm while 38 weeks pregnant.
