Love the room this refrigerator has. Very good quality. The packing for shipping was fantastic. Overall a great refrigerator with more room than expected. Love It!!!

Not happy with several things

The seals on the doors are so tight that when I try to open the freezer, the entire fridge moves. I have to constantly move the fridge back in place and you need lots of muscle to finally get the freezer door open. Also, the top doors do not close without lots of pushing. The freezer compartment is a joke. The top tray does not pull out far enough so there are items in the back that are not visible without bending way down to see them. All the rest of the items must be piled on top of each other, blocking the view of many items. I absolutely HATE the freezer!! The top of the fridge is great, but that does not make up for the issues with the freezer. I don't recommend this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi - We're so sorry to hear you are not pleased with the freezer on your beautiful new refrigerator. This is not the owner experience we want for you. You are correct regarding the door gaskets. It is possible due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, for the refrigerator to roll or move when one of the doors is opened. Since the rollers/wheels do not lock in place, it may help to place a piece of wood (shim), a small wood wedge, or plastic furniture coaster (with felt on the bottom) under the wheels to prevent rolling. Then re-level the refrigerator if needed. We would recommend having the refrigerator door checked by service as it should not be that difficult to close. Please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm EST to schedule an appointment. Love my new refrigerator!

This refrigerator offers so much room and storage spaces. I love the adjustable shelves, interior lights, and deep door shelves. I can see everything at first glance and do not need to move things around before I find what I am looking for.
