Refrigerator impressed us as soon as it was plugged in.
More spacious than the one it replaced and ice maker started working almost immediately..
Which made my wife very happy.
Have already have recommended GE products to other family members,

Doesn't refrigerate

The refrigerator won't cool below 40 degrees and it's less than 2 weeks older. Apparently 2 circuit boards have to be replaced. Basically I received a defective refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received a lemon

Since my refrigerator was delivered it had trouble with the temperature being inconsistent, it varied between 35 and 48 degrees. Then one day the compressor stopped working and no longer cools. It looks really good and has lots of space, but is useless to me at the moment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This fridge has a LOT of room. I love that there is no ice dispenser in the door as it is a sleeker look and more room for storage. The fingerprint resistant stainless is great too!
