Lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like all of the different features that are included with the pressure cooker. The only downside is that lifting the rack out while the food is still hot, can be challenging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing everything that comes out of it is so tender. I have a 8 quart this 6 quart is just right. The 6 from hamilton beach has a lot more better features. Like the button for pressure release. My instant pot doesn’t have that and it’s easy to get burnt. I would recommend this one. Specially for single guys good food in short time and easy to clean.

Wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product super easy to use, and clean! Almost takes the guesswork out of cooking. So much easier to use than the old fashioned pressure cookers. Made a beef brisket that came out tender and moist with plenty of flavor, used 50 minutes cook time, could possibly added 15 more minutes to fall apart. but was very happy with results. I also did up 2. Cups of Jasmine rice completely as instructed, and it came out perfect, separate grains, good texture!! Hard cooked eggs according to time given on the auto button worked great, but I would use more than one cup of water in pot, as when the eggs finished there was no water left.
I would definately recommend this cooker to my friends and anyone who needs meals in a hurry. Everything comes out moist and flavorful in record time. Finally I can hard cook eggs and not lose half the egg in the shell when peeling!! Great product.

Great safety steam release

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this multi function pressure cooker from Hamilton Beach to test and review. The main advantage to this cooker is the steam release, so much safer than the pressure cooker I already had and was afraid to use. I couldn't decide what I wanted to cook first, but settled on a pot roast. The meat came out tender and moist. The potatoes and carrots were cooked perfectly in such a short time, it really makes this cooker a great time saver. Really nice looking too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pressure cooker is well designed and easy to use. The buttons on the front are well organized, the lid opens easily and is not attached to the unit, and this pressure cooker can be used as a slow cooker. The only problem I have come up against so far is the float doesn't always go back down after all pressure has been released and I have had to manually tap it to go down so the lid can be opened. Other than that I look forward to making delicious meals with this pressure cooker.

Perfect size and Exceptional Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 6-qt cooking pot is great for family sized meals but what elevates this model above other pressure cookers is the large, red display numbers and oversize control panel buttons. The soft-touch buttons and easy to read timer display makes working with this model a breeze. My family sized meals that took all day in the slow cooker can now be done quickly in my 6-qt pressure cooker.

Instructions are easy to follow, cuts cooking times, is easy to clean and the food tastes great! Made super tender fall off the bone spare ribs and a chicken broccoli cheddar soup - Couldn't believe how fast dinner was ready. Would definitely recommend this cooker to anyone looking to venture into the realm of pressure cooking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how you can brown meats right in the pan. The non-stick pot washes up easily. It is a great value since it came with accessories including an extra gasket. One-touch selection makes it easy for all the different functions. Even though electric pressure cooker recipes are all over the web, I wish it came with some recipes specific for the pot to make it easier to get acquainted with it.
