[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Hamilton Beach 6QT Multi-Function Pressure Cooker is fantastic! I have always been scared of using a pressure cooker. Though, with easy to follow instructions my fear was gone after my first use. I love all the pre-programmed cook choices where I only have to push a button, along with the measuring cup, spoon and roasting rack that are included. For me, there is no other kitchen appliance that could compare to this cooker.

Love how fast my Meals cook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit I was skeptical about using this. I had one in the past and did not like it at all. I put in two large bone in chicken breasts, about 4 lbs of meat, and followed the step by step instructions. After heating and cooking for about 25 min the chicken was falling off the bone. My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised. The chicken was moist, but I do believe I could have lowered the cooking time and it would have been just as good. I added in some mushrooms and tomatoes and it created a nice little sauce, which we also saved for another time. One cup of broth was all I needed and it worked great. The clean up was simple also, not scrubbing just washing with a wet soapy dishcloth. I think we are going to get a lot of use out of this both at home and our cottage.

The only instant pot you will need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is BIG on Instapots-he bought one for everyone he knows and owns a couple himself. HE saw my Hamilton Beach Multifunction Pressure cooker and is impressed. He went through all the options this has over his pressure cooker. I love that this cooker comes with two rings (one more than other brands). I used it to make beef stew-used the stew setting-outstanding! If you are wondering about purchasing a multifunction pressure cooker, this is the one to buy!

At first I could not figured out by the instruction booklet how the cover sit on top of the pot so it is on tightly. Consequently, I think I scrape the edge of the pot so some of the black specks came off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it OK to say that I'm in love with my pressure cooker? Because I am, and I honestly don't know why it took me so long to purchase this multi-function behemoth. Don't let its large size or various features deter you. It's easy to use and clean up is a cinch. It steams vegetables, it slow cooks the toughest meat into tender morsels, it sautés onions to a flavorful mouthful, and so much more. I can't even tell you how awesome it is to say that I've even made perfectly hard-boiled eggs in it. Yes, boiled eggs with fluffy centers! I'm not a super stellar chef but my family now thinks that I am because I can even make pork carnitas and roast beef that has my kids and husband begging for seconds. But here's the clincher, the versatility of the pressure cooker gave me a ton of options to choose from so no more stale lunches and dinners for this household. Easily my best purchase, its saved me a ton of time by cooking lunches and dinners ahead of time when I'm at work or church. If it has a con, then I'd say that it would be that it takes a few minutes to heat up. But that's easily resolved by using the 'saute' function to warm it up beforehand so don't forget to keep that in mind and adjust a few more minutes to your cooking times. Definitely a game changer, I've happily replaced my old crock-pot and I am not looking back. Highly recommended to buy!
