I had no idea that the S20's came in multiple sizes. Of course I bought the wrong one so I will be sending it back to you. Other than that, I loved the color and yes, I would recommend it to friends.

Did not live up to the hype

You make a great product that protects the phone. But this last otter that I purchased does not always allow for charging the phone wirelessly. Many times I’ve had to take the otter box off just to charge the phone wirelessly. Your description of your product said the phone could be charged with the otter box on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not disappointed. I have had OtterBox products in the past with no complaints. I really enjoy this built in pop socket that I've never had before. The color and cute llama really sold it for me. My only wish is that there were more colors and pop socket designs. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this.
