I am relatively new to "pop" ups and don't know how I lived without one before. Bought an extra (the Llama one) and love these. When not in use, stays in. I had one on my previous phone but not the socket cover. Watching videos on the phone is so much easier now.Was able to use my first one on this new cover so now have 3 I can interchange as the mood strikes. Quality item, will purchase again.

I got this Otterbox less than a month ago. Above the charging port, the case is very soft and shows signs of sagging already. I don't take it on and off. It stays on.

I'm so glad for the best name brand, durable phone case WITH a pop-up stand. The only thing I couldn't find that I was hoping for was for it to be made out of eco-friendly/biodegradable/recycled material case. If you make one with ALL those things in one, you'll be unbeatable ;)

I just received the Pop Symmetry case for my Galaxy S20. I was hoping for full fledged protection for the back and front of my phone. I am very happy with the elevated level of guard against cracks or scratches to the phone camera lens, but there is minimal protection to the phone screen. I was hoping for the level of protection of the Life Proof case to the front of my phone. WHY can't Otter offer one case that serves both the front and back of the S20?? #disappointed

Thought this would fit the Samsung S20FE Galaxy but it was to small. Hope at some point Otterbox will make this case for the S20FE. It is quality made and I have used the popsocket case for previously owned phone. It was a good case.

Bought 2 of them, one for myself and one for husband. Supremely disappointed. The case does not protect the edge of the screen. Pointless case, and at such a price. Unreasonable. Also the popsocket does not work as well because of the design. Not as much space between case and fingers. So, overall, poor design and absolutely would not recommend. Sent ours back for a refund.
