Not what I was expectinh

I have been buying otter boxes for years & have always been extremely happy with them. I am very disappointed with the symmetry. It doesn't come up high enough on the sides so there is NO screen protection at all. I am looking for a new case that will do a better job. Also, I went to the Canadian site to purchase it only to find out after the fact that the prices were in US dollars. Be very careful which one you buy. Don't waste your money on the symmetry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered the symmetry case for my sons s20+. I didn't expect it to be as thin as it was. I will be ordering another, there's just limited colors for other case. I will be reordering a defender case for him.

Good build quality and design but slippery

I bought the new Otterbox Symmetry series with my preordered S20+, it fits snugly, ports and cut outs are perfectly aligned and feels very premium as expected from a premium case manufacturer. However, the back is slick and actually quite slippery especially when you use your device during the rain which is frankly troubling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good case, shopping experience needs improvement

I have always used otterbox cases, they are good, no question. However, the cost is a bit higher that what I feel fair is. To top it off, the price I agreed to pay during checkout wasn't the same amount I was charged. Yup, you guessed it, a higher amount was charged to my credit card.
