Loving the French Door Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Samsung 28 cu ft, 3 door, French Door, with built in auto-fill pitcher. I love this new refrigerator. Our biggest surprise is how much we like the auto-fill pitcher. Because the pitcher is part of the design of the refrigerator we have the convenience of a filtering water pitcher that takes up a minimal amount of space. We use the pitcher to fill our coffee maker's reservoir with filtered water almost daily. The auto-fill feature is a luxury we are really enjoying. After using a side by side refrigerator for years, I love the French Door, Freezer on the bottom design. I find that with this design both the refrigerator and the freezer feel much more spacious and allow for better organization. Using the full width of the unit, we can fit much larger items in the refrigerator. Over the holidays we prepared a large fruit, cheese, and charcuterie tray. We were able to cover the entire tray with cling wrap and place it on a shelf in the refrigerator. We could not have fit a tray half the size in our last side-by-side refrigerator. We have found the freezer to be convenient and easy to organize. It provides enough space to store many (more than 10) large bags and boxes of frozen goods upright, in the large bottom drawer, ensuring easy identification and retrieval. There is an additional top drawer that fits a ton of smaller items. I'm very impressed with the design of this refrigerator. Everything about it has been working great for us.

Great fridge, with amazing everyday needed feature

AMAZING FRIDGE! I just give this away to one of my in-law members cause we are remodeling and going with new Bespoke stuff. The fridge was great. The water pitcher that auto refills was priceless, best feature ever. Super large and enough room for whatever you wanted to store in inside. I love samsung prodcuts and how they bring super useful features that are inventive and make everyday life easier.

Just read some of the reviews and I was SHOCKED. We love this fridge. It is huge and has tons of space. I love the dual ice options. We've never run out. The water pitcher is my absolute favorite. My only suggestion is that there should be an option to purchase a second water pitcher. I would like to run it through the dishwasher but since we use it constantly, I end up just hand washing it. I'd love to have an extra to wash one-use one. Just can't tell you how many compliments we get on this fridge. It has been such a great purchase and we really could not be happier with it.

Pretty great fridge with some minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big refrigerator with great accessibility. "Assembled" it myself without issues. The shelves are very different and some have complained, but I like them and they serve my needs just fine. The water dispenser/ice dispenser does not have a light, which seems trivial, but if you do not have the kitchen lights on, you cannot see how much water you are dispensing. Odd thing to skimp on considering how many great features it has. "Smart" settings are very convenient, but I receive notifications when I open the fridge door, it it has been open longer than 30 seconds, and when I shut the fridge door. I might have to shut that off, but it might be useful if you have kids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where do I start

fridge, shelving does not accommodate a gallon of milk or tall liter bottles, so you have to remove a shelf. the water pitcher leaks when you pour water and it's been replaced, the new on leaked 15 minutes after the tech left. second drawer is fine, however you give up a lot of freezer space. the top freezer drawer doesn't pull out far enough, so i try to store boxed items that i can reach into and grab. everything has freezer burn. i don't care if it's vacuum packed, in the bag from the market or in mason jar. exterior is always streaking or full of fingerprints. my 9 month old hit it in a walker, it's dented. i would not recommend nor purchase another samsung fridge. i am angry that i spent so much on this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't get this one

All of the shelves in the door are broken amd Need to be replaced. The adjustable shelf inside has broken off and needs to be replaced, and if liquid gets between the glass and the shelf sides, its there forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
