haveing some troblem

keeps going off checked every thing what is the cleaning tablets and how do you use them ? going to clean my Keurig now hope that takes care of my problem

The cartridges are for use with your Water Filter Handle (sold separately), an easy to use, in-brewer filtration unit. Love this brewer care kit! So happy to know that my new K-Duo can remain clean and sanitary after a substantial period of use. The sanitation process is much simpler than anticipated - and the cost is fantastic!
