Since I'm an HP laptop owner I gravitated to an HP product this time and so far I am very pleased with my choice. Worked flawlessly and immediately from the get go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dock was purchased so that my personal HP Laptop would have an easier connection to two external HP Monitors, & HP Printer. I learned that my personal HP Laptop does not support external monitors or charging through the USB-C connection. The solution is to have 4 connections into my laptop instead of one. The reason I was told is that my laptop is for consumer use, and the Dock is for commercial applications.
