Electric coil stove

A great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I have been using my Whirlpool range I can tell you it's a great buy! The stovetop and oven controls are easy to use and understand and resetting the clock on the time change was simple. Setting & changing temperatures while baking in the oven are easy and accurate. Cleaning is simple. I haven't used the warming oven mode but it did come on when I tested to see if it worked. You won't go wrong if this is your choice for a new stove.

Where's the manual?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the range works as expected, there was no manual given. I can't figure out how to set timer, use cleaning function or how to calibrate the oven. Would like hard copy manual.

Oven timer needs upgraded

We placed an oven thermometer in the oven to verify preheating, and it needs another 5 minutes after the preheat notice to make it to desired temperature. The oven timer is to quiet and to short. If you happen to miss it the first time, you don’t get another notice, so timer on oven is terrible. Set a timer on your phone or something else.

Not Happy

The burners heat up very fast. The problem is getting the pots to simmer. They are either boiling or not. No middle ground. On low they stop boiling. At two they boil over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] e purchased this when my old range failed. It is very similar to the old one, but has a few more bells and whistles. I didn't even really have to relearn how to use it. And, most importantly, the canning burner I purchased for the old range works perfectly on this one! So it is a Win-Win!
