A bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old range, which I had for 9 years, would get hot on the cook top when I used the oven or the front burners. So hot that if a kid would touch it they would get burned. Was told by repairman that this is the way they are. So I decided to get a new one. This one. Well, I am a bit disappointed, this range does the same thing. I can't believe this is a feature on ranges. Where is the safety? I feel I just wasted my money, as the other one still worked, except for this issue. Daughter-in-law asked at another appliance place and they said this is normal.

Fabulous Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this delivered and installed a few weeks ago and it passed our Thanksgiving test. Cook times were comsistant with expectations, used the light in the oven to check the turkey, and found the burners easy to navigate. Yay, and Yay, again!
