The device was not a totally straight forward install even for a tech person like myself. The cloud server could see the initial device out of the box so they sent me a new one. Getting on wifi was a bit of a struggle. But now it works well. Not sure I am all that into the IOT

The product is good. I had trouble to setit up but the agent over the phone was very helpful and help be to set it up.
I am a little disappointed that the description of the item does not really explain the sensor that is required on each door and not included.
Now I need to purchase additional sensor (extra cost) and pay shipping for them when I could have purchase them with the Aladdin Connect.
