This product is amazing. It works 100% of the time. Add a camera to this like a Ring Pro and you can remotely open your garage and see the UPS driver put your packages in, then close the door. The door position module is smart enough to know not to issue a down command if the door is down (thereby opening the door) even with a single contact operator switch. The same is true, obviously, if the door was open and you executed an open command from the app. Installation was super easy, I recommend installing it at the motor and keeping your current control switch where it is, but you can mount the unit in place of your current wall switch (plenty of wire comes with the kit). I am a custom automation installer and nothing comes close to this kind of reliability, ease of installation and price. Not by a long shot.

It was easy to install ang get working on a Genie opener. I got a second garage door position sensor and it too was easy to sync and it works great on a Chamberlain Liftmaster opener.

Super easy to set up and install. I am a retired woman who travels and my friends and family use my Florida home when I'm not there. I can let them in the garage from where ever I am and just leave the keys in the house. I love it so much I am buying and installing one for my mother. My only regret is that I didn't buy this years ago.

maybe it's me, but it took a long time to set up. Once it finally got set up, it works well, even set it up via Alexa this morning & that works too. Only been a week or so, so hopefully it will continue. I probably would give it 4 - 4.5 stars if the setup were not so difficult.
