Cannot get rid of the STUPID PIN

I was originally very happy with this product, but never quite happy that I had to include a PIN "for security." I use Google Home with voice match which provides good enough security in my mind. Having to say a PIN when I'm almost always around other people is not a very secure idea and I worry that some people may use their financial PIN for easy access and therefore be giving away the bank (pun intended). You can chat with Aladdin Connect and tell it to disable the PIN which used to work. Lately I've had to disable it almost weekly. today it's back, I'll disable it and get a verbal confirmation.. but then as soon as I try to open/close the door it requests the PIN before continuing. I call support and they have the @#@@ to tell me that the PIN is Google's requirement, not theirs. If that's the case, then remove the requirement forcing you to set a PIN from your app. (but it flat out isn't true)

It enabled me to upgrade my garage door system to operate both manually or via Wi Fi with a simple installation. Works great I can see on my smart phone the from garage status at any time. I can open or close it with my phone or with the traditional garage door openers. High quality and easy to install.
