Works great. Relatively easy to install. Simple to set-up in the phone app. The printed instructions are OK but the online youtube videos resolved some wiring issues I had. It would be even better if it ran off the power to the current door controller, as finding a place to plug in the supplied controller is difficult.

I bought this for my daughter. She recently moved into a townhouse with a linear garage door opener and the remote didn't work. The maintanence could not get the remote working and said they would come back. I purchased this and had it installed in no time, and now she doesn't need the remote.
