I installed this unit in 15 minutes including the door sensor. I had a slight problem with the Wifi picking up the strongest signal in my room, so I did have to move the unit next to my wifi router and then it worked fine on the setup. There does need to be a choice for wifi networks, I have 2 different 2,4Ghz networks and I had to go with the one the unit chose. With all that being said, as soon as I installed to app it worked flawlessly and has for a month now. I peared it with a 12+ year old Genie 2 plus.

Easy install. Took me on ly ten minutes. Didn’t need to wire all the way to the motor. I mounted it on the wall right where the old keypad is located and use this unit to operate the door manually. My garage is detached and about 35 feet from the Wi-Fi, and it connected at that distance w no problems
