Upon install, the unit kept locking up. After a call to tech support, I found that the installation instructions didn’t identify the need to forward ports in a home router. That adjustment seemed to help however, the unit still locks up - just not as often. By locking up, I mean the unit requires reconfig of WiFi settings to bring it back online.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
