Please log out and log back into the app, if your doors do not appear, run the unit from inside the garage, wait 5-10 minutes. If you still need assistance, please call us at 1-866-599-4995.

The app is crap and does not work properly. Always timed out when door open or closed. Had to go to garage button every time the app timed out.
