This is a great piece of equipment. Recent problems with their server is a concern because you cannot use you your phone to open or close your garage. That could be a problem if you do not have your house key in your possession.

I ordered it and received it and it and was impressed with the product. Once I went to install it I saw I had of the openers listed as not compatible with the unit. Customer service was very easy to work with to return the product.
