This is the greatest upgrade for my 18 year old door! Simple to set up. Just take it slow and follow the directions - It will walk you through the process. I had a snag getting through one of the fire walls during the smart phone connection. Called tech support and within a couple of minutes we were all green to go! Support was first class and didn't treat me like a moron! This is a "Must have" for any homeowner. Especially if your kids keep misplacing the remotes! I can tell anytime the door opens from my phone. Great product!

Easy to install. Works well and appreciate the notifications I get whenever the garage door is opened or closed. There’s a little delay from the time you press the icon in your phone before the door opener responds but that doesn’t bother me.
