The only negative is that it isn't integrated with Google Assistant. But it has an easy to use phone app.

it was very easy to add to my currant Genie opener. I had it up and running in 20 mins. I then set it to auto close my garage door at night. Thefts have been occurring in my area when folks forget to close their garage doors or leave an opener in a vehicle outside. I like the alerts I get when it opens or closes. A must addition for added security!

I got an e-mail from Genie about this product I was super thrilled and immediately purchase it. It was an easy install and the video helps even more. I don't have to worry about if I left it open because it will let me know if I did also you can set timers and a schedule to make sure it closes in case of leaving open. I love that I can open it for a family or friend that needs to drop something off or pick something up. I also connected to my google home which is even more why I love it Thanks Genie.

Had a couple of glitches. I incorrectly wired it to a type 3 opener which fried the circuit board. Genie quickly sent a replacement at my cost. I also had a bad door position sensor, which according to some blogs seems to be a common problem. Again Genie quickly sent a replacement which works perfectly. It now works as advertised.
