The product works as advertised with a couple of exceptions 1) the directions are lacking detail. I don't think installation is possible with the provided instructions. On balance, the customer support person I spoke with was very helpful and walked me through it.
2) Latency, despite a strong connection to my wireless network, the alert lags significantly behind the actual door movement. Don't count on it to alert you to someone breaking in with time to do anything about it.

Here everyone was saying i needed a new garage door opener to make it smart. Visited YouTube and saw a demo of the Aladdin Connect for Genie garage door openers, for a whole lot cheaper! I ordered it lickety-split and it took all of 20 minutes to install. Great product! Thank you!

Installation easy enough, very useful device. The instructions are a little unclear on when to go from the app to the paper instructions, I did a few things out of order because of that, but it's a minor problem.

this is a great product, the only reason I'm giving it a 4 is for the app, it would be great if it could interface with the Apple watch like other home automation apps IE; ADT would be a nice easy tool.
Please have the App developers look into this, should be an easy thing for them.
