I love my travel mug but sometimes I don’t have enough time to drink my morning coffee at work. This extra charger comes in handy. I have one at home and one at work so my mug never goes dead. It also comes in handy when I need a second cup of coffee at work and my mug needs to be charged again.

Nice team bad charging pad

The team was very kind when I was having trouble with my original travel mug. But now the charging pad doesn't work. It looks like the pin is buried and can't connect with the cup

Weak performance - nearly useless

I bought this so I could use my Travel Mug 2 all day at work - but it is barely able to put any charge in the battery!.
The charging base that came with the Travel Mug2 will both keep the liquid hot, and increase the charge in the battery. This will barely keep the liquid warm and won't add anything to the battery level even if you wait all day. It's almost useless.
