Fantastic addition to my desk at work!

I have been an Ember fan since the Kickstarter days! I’m so happy to see the product line continue to improve. This coaster is a must, and it lets me have nice toasty, hot coffee all day. I’m a bit of a coffee sipper, so I usually don’t go through more than 2 mugs a day. My only suggestion would be to develop an alternate charging cable for the coaster that can plug into a USB port on a computer! That would be amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Charging saucer doesn’t work

I am likely experiencing the same pin issue listed in the rating above. My mug was also a Christmas gift and it no longer charges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charging plate

Bought the mug almost a year ago and am very pleased with the performance so far. However, it stopped charging last week. After some effort, found out that one of the charging pins lost its recoil and staying depressed, not able to charge the mug. Obviously disappointed!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was gifted with this mug, and its great and keeps my drink warm as I do alway forget about it. but as i brough it to work. Its a shame its does not come with a USB charger.

This is a replacement for the original charging coaster that had gotten damaged from carrying it back and forth daily. That one still works, but it needs supervision. With 2, I expect to get an extended life for both.

With extra charger one can easily use the Travel Mug2 at home and work, even in between! Better than get cold Starbucks!
