I received my mugs as a Christmas gift from our daughter. I came home to work and the coffee maker is no where near me. It took several attempts to figure out to use it. But I got it now. I absolutely love it. To have a hot coffee to the last drop is wonderful.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it takes a while to recharge between refills. I try to remount it as soon as I finish. Other than that, this is really a great gift to receive.
