[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this over a month ago and it works quiet and smooth. I will give it another three years and see if this one holds up better than the last one I owned. Until then, we are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still learning but enjoying. Wish soak feature was on the opposite side due to being left handed I often hit the control when removing clothing to add to dryer which is on my left

Getting used to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I can link it to my phone. I'm able to start a load from my phone. It also notifies me if their is an issue with the load or the washer, and when the load is complete. I asumed it would be like my previous top load washer, but it's definitely different with the new technology. It has sensing technology that senses the amount of clothes and determines the detergent and water usage. You fill the Load and Go compartment and it adds the detergent for you, which is an option that can be turned off. You also have to turn on the option for fabric softener and the softener to the compartment before each load. It doesn't have a compartment you can fill up and have automatically dispensed like the detergent. I have had to adjust the water level on a few loads as I didn't think it was adding enough water. The first few loads I did, the clothes stuck out of the water and the clothes appeared to be in the same spot the entire load. A lot of the time for each cycle is spent sensing and adding water to the load. The water is added multiple times during the load instead of all at once. Even though the basket and agitator rotate while its sensing and filling with water, and the clothes do move around slightly, the time spent actually washing seems to be minimal compared to all the time that is spent sensing and filling during the first part of the cycle. The agitator also uses a back and forth motion as the basket basket moves back and forth, which is a lot different than the way the agitation was in my older top load washer. The clothes don't seem to move around as much this way and I was worried that they weren't getting clean. Even when putting the clothes on the setting for towels or bulky items and adjusting the settings for a heavily soiled load, the agitation doesn't appear to be any faster or stronger than any other setting. I think the washer only adds more detergent when these cycles are selected. I liked the agitator in my old washer and thought it washed clothes better than a washer without one, which is why I opted for a top load with an agitator, but it works more like a front load washer. It's a good washer. It just took a little to get used to.
