Terribly disappointed

I have been a whirlpool customer for 30 years. This machine is such a disappointment. I’ve had it for 10 days and it’s terrible. I hate soap sitting in a dispenser.., that will cause mold. It’s always unbalanced, never had that before. Why do you need WiFi? The pieces are all plastic. Whirlpool should fire their designers and ask customers what features they like. So disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart and attractive machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this washer one week but am amazed at how smart it is. It has two selection options one “what to wash” and another “how to wash”. Set these two and and this machine does the rest. Sensors then customize each wash cycle. I can already see it will be a water saver. Very quiet throughout the entire wash cycle. Highly recommend this washer.
