Fabulous Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a Maytag Bravo(only lasted 6 years)and wow what a difference Just to mention a few things Having a soak cycle (that have choices on how long), the ability to bypass the water saving feature and pick your desired water level. the detergent dispenser that will allow you to dispense for multiple loads and adjust the amount dispensed. As well as a ton of cycle selections that gives you the ability to do every possible washing need. The oversize load capacity is wonderful. Absolutely perfect in so many ways!!!!

Smart Washer Died

I bought this washer in April 2020 and it died. My appliance repair person said the Motherboard died. It died the day before Christmas with my towels locked inside the washer. I live in a house with 2 people so we do not do excessive laundry. This was an expensive washer that lasted less than 3 years. Unbelievable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

18 months old and I have to buy a new one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer about 18 months and the main board and soap dispenser pump and sensor have gone out. I am so displeased with this appliance and now it’s out of warranty. So I’m stuck with no washer until I can afford a new one.
