The computer is ok, but boots up and comes out of sleep slowly. The keyboard they included is abominably bad. The keys are very difficult to press, and get stuck halfway down. It's impossible to correctly type a password to log in, or any other word. If you buy this computer, make sure you upgrade the keyboard, because the base keyboard is unusable.

I called for service and I am waiting for a call back. I will return this if the fan noise is not fixable. However, I spent 2 days installing software and data. This is a real bad experience.
