The item didn't ship per schedule. The company didn't email that it was not shipping. The salesperson got a new ship date. The company didn't email that it was not shipping. The order in the system still says that it is not manufactured. How else should this be rated other than very poor. They have my money. And, it is 6 weeks and it's not started per the screen

Liking it so far. I have a 15 year old tower desktop and this is quite a upgrade for me. Now I can take it wherever I go. I would have given it a five star but it did heat up on me when I used it for the very first time. Also, the fact that I had HDMI on my monitors and this desktop uses display ports so I had to get an adapter for it. I also love the fact you can set a PIN to log in.
I would recommend this to a friend!
