What an absolute disaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one, the freezer was dripping cold water which damaged the floor. Whirlpool said it’s probably my fault; it wasn’t. It turned out to be a bad seal on the freezer door. I know that my ordeal has only begun, so I will have to be patient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for about a month now. Would definately buy it again. Fit perfectly in the spot that I needed and freed up space in my kitchen. You don't have to guess what the temp is the panel on the outside tells you.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came with my new home in April 2022. It is small but efficient in size. The issue I have is it freezes food, beverages and my vegetables. I have adjusted the temperature but the freezing continues. I had a glass bottle of milk that exploded in the refrigerator. It was quite the mess to clean up.

Sealant system defective and not under warranty

We have been using this unit for less than two years. The unit stopped working: the top doesn't work at all, the freezer gets cold but not to correct temperature. Our repair guy says that the is a defect in the butane sealant system which is expensive to repair. Despite the warranty booklet saying that in years 2 to 5, the refrigerant systems are covered under warranty, this particular unit is NOT covered. The warranty booklet is written for all types of refrigerators - you need to read the fine print to see that only side-by-side and French door units are covered. This unit is excluded and only has a one-year warranty. Whirlpool obviously doesn't want to stand behind the basic operation of this product for more than one year. Buyer beware!!

Terrible Fridge, worse service

I bought this fridge and it stopped working when it was less than a year old. I took my time calling Whirpool, as I thought I had a two year warranty on major components (like the fridge cooling). Sadly, it's only a one year warranty.
Myself and many others have had technicians out countless times and they've been unable to fix this horribly engineered product. Trust the reviews on this one, it's bad.
With all of the bad reviews, I'm shocked that they still sell this.

very convenient, front controls not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge's bottom freezer is very sensible, easy to use. The controls on the front are too easily hit inadvertently, resulting in freezing temps around the edges of the upper part which is not meant to freeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Drawers in the freezer keep the compact space very organized. Shelves in the fresh food compartment are very easy to adjust and very accommodating for different heights of containers. Door swing was very easy to change. Over a great product!
