Not working within a year!

Bought this fridge on Aug 2020. Not even a year the auto defrost device not working anymore. Huge thick ice on the roof of the freezer which caused my cooler not cooling! I picked WHIRLPOOL because always heard this was the top brand for fridges! Luckily still within a year of manufacture warranty, but now I have to live with this broken cooler until the part arrived so the technician can fix it. What s joke!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extra refrigerator/freezer space needed

Sent a fridge with a dead freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so new, that I was sent a dead on arrival product. Due to covid, this model is backlogged for replacement so far that a replacement date could not even be suggested. And because it is a sealed system, it would be unrealistic to replace due to the complexity and current lack of available parts. Whirlpool was very difficult to deal with and I had to continually push and hold them accountable for any sort of recourse, which took close to a month with frequent contact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Complete trash appliance

I have owned this refrigerator for 9 months and at this point it has been broken for longer than it has worked. DO NOT PURCHASE A WHIRLPOOL APPLIANCE! Any reasonable company will admit their mistake after numerous people have had the same appliance break and after having the same parts replaced countless times, but not Whirlpool. You will be stuck in appliance repair purgatory forever waiting weeks and sometimes months for parts, only to have the replaced part not work and start the cycle over again. Whirlpool will have zero sympathy let alone compensation for your lost wages waiting for repair techs and the huge amount of spoiled food you will have to replace. They will keep you in this cycle until you give up and replace the fridge or your warranty runs out. I’m told Whirlpool used to be a good company but they will never get my business again.

Great 24-inch Refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our office kitchen...what a great low profile fridge. I was surprised how roomy the inside was for such a small fridge. The overall interior design/layout of shelving is brilliant. The door shelves are easily adjustable for various size bottles/cartons...genius!! The only thing I wish this fridge had was a pull out freezer drawer instead of door. But that "wish" doesn't affect my rating nor the functionality of this little powerhouse fridge. All the functions are great...love the "away" mode.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Features

I just bought this fringe for 4th of July.... it seems working fine..great for extra storage and freezer have large drawers even though is 24 inches wide..... the only problem that I have is that suddenly the ALARM button from the door will turn on that indicates if the door is open even though I have my fringe close....
