Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance (with hesitation due to some reviews) because of the shape and size. I will certainly update the review if it stops working but at the moment I am completely pleased!
If you store a lot of stuff in the freezer - this fridge is not for you, however the freezer is well designed for its size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Condo-suzed bridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge was an upgrade from my condo developer. It is a smaller than normal fridge at 24" to fit into a condo kitchen. It is not a stainless steel fridge, the brushed steel look is actually a "finish" which will scratch if you do not follow the cleaning instructions. The fridge also has many useless features like vacation mode, which drops the temperature down while you're away. I find there's a lot of condensation in the interior, despite it being new. The only redeeming features is the sleek look and the adjustable shelves in the door. Glad I didn't pay extra for it.

Garbage, dead at 14 months

TWO in TWO years

I bought this and it failed within a year so after back and forth on the warranty (I was without a fridge for 3 months) they finally replaced it. That was a year ago and the replacement fridge has now failed. Unbelievable that two fridges didn’t last more than a year. How this isn’t an actual crime blows my mind.

Don’t buy this!

I bought this in 2021 & like the set up, it holds a lot for its size. However, the freezer coils are mounted on to the freezer compartment ceiling, held up by a plastic cover held in place by 2 screws that are screwed into the plastic ceiling. As ice accumulated in this compartment it caused one of the screws to pop out & the coils were cockeyed! Sure seems like a design flaw to me, since the screw can’t be screwed back into a stripped hole we created a new drill hole in the plastic ceiling, and who knows how long this one will hold. Repairman designated it as unfixable so who knows how long it will keep working in this condition! I am very disappointed that a 4 year old refrigerator would have this type of design flaw problem!!!! I thought whirlpool was a good brand but I was wrong!

This refrigerator is good...for only 1-2 years

Similar experience as many of the recent reviewers. The fridge gives out after 1-2 years. Our first problem started at installation. The refrigerator gasket was factory-damaged. Easy enough to replace, but a bad omen. The front control panel just went totally dead after about a year. Fine, I can live without it as long as things stay cold. Then a little after two years, the fridge portion can't stay cold. The freezer works. The fridge does not. We have a baby, and keeping his breastmilk bottles cold enough is now a nightmare. Wish applications could last like they used to. Hooray for maximizing CEO profits with low-quality items that don't last!

Freezer Drawers are "Cheap"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is exactly what we wanted for 2 people, couldn't find one anywhere, so only could go by pictures. This unit arrived damaged, no fault of Whirlpool, however, the shelves are hard to install as the door only opens to 90 degrees, which once in place, is not an issue. The issue is with the freezer, 2 very tiny drawers, not sure why, and the cheap plastic drawers are very difficult to open all the way, they hit the door. Terrible design, the doors should at a minimum open 95 degrees, 105 degrees would be ideal. Overall, this seems like a good product
