Very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this same unit last September and the unit stopped cooling as well. Whirlpool sent a repair person out and unit could not be repaired so whirlpool replaced it as promptly as possible. We are happy with the new unit and the service from Whirlpool.

Pleasing to the eye

It has clean features (digital face), chills fantastic, easy to clean inside, drop down shelves, plenty of bins for a slimline model. When the manager noticed a wheel was missing, she ordered one and let me know they would be back later to install it.

Great for old folks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a bottom freezer,counter depth model and find it to be much easier to access than my old style was. This style is so much easier for an old person get things from back in the rear of the unit and from the freezer.

I bought the black stainless and it is smudge proof. The freezer compartment is set up very well. Great buy for the price.

Wonderful and exactly what we wanted

It is very quiet seems to make ice like a champ. Would highly recommend.

great unit until the upper section decided to stop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased this in aug. of 2021 and around may of 2022 the upper section lost its coolness. And are still trying to get it straightened out as i type this review.
The top shelf goes up to 50 Degrees, and control is set @ 34
They have replaced every component except the compressor.
