SO much space and clever flexibility!!!

I bought this fridge for my apartment after looking at the European brands that were like 3x the cost, and those didn't even have ice makers! I'm not even sure there are many options with ice makers, but it was important to me since I entertain often. There seems to be a space for everything in this fridge, and when I have a big item that doesn't seem to fit, a shelf or door bin easily slides out of the way without me having to unload it. I love the fast drink feature. I popped in a bottle of rose into the freezer and an alarm went off after 30 minutes to remind me to remove it so it didn't freeze (which was great, because I was getting a meat and cheese board together for guests and had forgot!).
Overall, I've found it a really thoughtfully designed fridge with space for everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compact and functional

We remodeled our 100 yo small kitchen, typical for age of home so needed to make wise use of space. Very happy with this refrigerator. We were very skeptical of cu ft but no issues so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after two days

I have been without it for 30 days and still have not heard back from Whirlpool

Horrible appliance

Compressor died right at the end of 1 year warranty. It took over 2 weeks to get it repaired by a Whirlpool authorized repair facility. Now it’s 3 months later and the unit keeps freezing up and has caused considerable damage to cabinets and floor. Was told by the repair company Lake appliance repair that they don’t warranty their repair work and to contact Whirlpool. Whirlpool then told me the unit was out of warranty and they would offer a 1 time repair for good will. But it will be over a month before they can get a technician out to look at it. What a bunch of BS, I will never buy a Whirlpool appliance again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died after 4 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look, size and functionality of this refrigerator - but it stopped cooling after 4 months of use. Because it’s a new model it was a challenge to find a company that was qualified to come service it. Whirlpool found a company for me but they weren’t available to come until next Monday. It will have been a month. Not a great experience.

I can't believe they are still selling this model

I bought this model in December 2020 and in August 2022, it stopped cooling. Same story as many of the other reviews here. I got it fixed but last week, it stopped cooling again and my repair person said it was the same issue - the control board part. Now, we can't buy the part to fix it again because Whirlpool doesn't make it anymore. How are you selling this model still if we can't buy the parts to repair a persistent issue? I reached out on Facebook like many of the replies to the reviews have asked us to and its been radio silence.

Very disappointed with this appliance

I bought this for my mom February 3, 2022, it stopped working today. 19 days past the one-year manufacture warranty. Seems to be the compressor as I have read many other reviews with the same issue. Very disappointed. Does Whirlpool have any sort of grace period for warranty?
