Just the right fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the counter-depth refrigerator about a month ago for our camp retreat. We needed a refrigerator that was quiet, could cool down quickly, and had both refrigerator and freezer. We also had limited space, so being 2 feet wide was perfect. A medium sized appliance loaded with features that looks good.

No more ice trays! Not to mention it’s a very attractive style and finish. So far I love everything about it!!!!!

Highly Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for a 2BR apartment and it's perfect. Given the small size, using it requires some discipline, but the design team packed in all features normally found in a full sized refrigerator. Perfect choice for a 1-2 BR apartment.

Gross failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit fails to cool the refrigerator section even after technician changed baffle. The chassis for the ice maker is missing hardware and does not appear to be installed properly.
Water supply hose is bent down because of this. We will call warranty department for a replacement.

Sleek and roomy

A couple months later I received a new unit which I have own for two months and runs fine. There is a lot of room for this well designed apartment size fridge. Quiet and the outside door display is discreet for a modern looking kitchen.

Whirlpool sent a repair person out and unit could not be repaired so whirlpool replaced it as promptly as possible. We are happy with the new unit and the service from Whirlpool.

It has clean features (digital face), chills fantastic, easy to clean inside, drop down shelves, plenty of bins for a slimline model. When the manager noticed a wheel was missing, she ordered one and let me know they would be back later to install it.
