[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great purchase! I spent a lot of time looking at ovens with specific dimensions to fit the opening I have in my kitchen. It fits perfectly and I love all the features- especially having 5 burners including a quick boil burner.

Nice, but not my old range ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my range, but find it more difficult to keep the stove top clean despite using a razor blade to remove "cooked on" food and a ceramic cleaner. I also wish there was more variety in the size of the stove burners (very large, large, medium, and small) rather than the very large, dual size burner, and 3 small burners. Also, why can't I use a liner in the bottom of the oven.

Consistent and proper cleaning is essential to maintaining your ceramic glass cooktop. For heavy burned on soil, applying a few drops of cooktop cleaning cream directly to the soiled area and buff the surface clean.
You are able to locate additional cleaning tips in the manual on page 32 with the following link, http://manuals.frigidaire.com/prodinfo_pdf/Springfield/A13080601en.pdf.
It is recommended to not use aluminum foil, aftermarket oven liners, or any other materials or devices to line oven bottom, oven racks, or any other part of the appliance.
Only use aluminum as recommended for baking, such as lining cookware or as a cover placed on food. Any other use of protective liners or aluminum foil may result in a risk of electric shock or fire or a short circuit.

Hello, Becky2020! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you haven't had a pleasant experience with your range. The temperature in the oven is pre-set at the factory. When first using the oven, be sure to follow recipe times and temperatures. If you think the oven is cooking too hot or too cool for the temperature you select, you can adjust the actual oven temperature to be than what is displayed. Before adjusting, test a recipe by using a temperature setting higher or lower than the recommended temperature. The baking results should help you to decide how much of an adjustment is needed. To adjust the oven temperature higher:
1. Press bake for 6 seconds. UPO 0 will appear in the display.
2. To increase the temperature use the number keys to
Enter the desired change (Example 30°F) 3 0. The
Temperature may be increased as much as 35°F (19°C).
3. Press start to accept the temperature change and the
Display will return to the time of day. Press off to reject the change if necessary.
