Not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this oven back in July, it is very basic, takes a long time to heat up to temperature, only burner that works well is the bottom left burner the rest not so great. I do not recommend this oven. The only positive is the design.

Love this range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago and I love it! It looks modern and clean. I love the power boil element to quickly boil a pot of water. I’ve used the oven quite a bit for baking cookies and they bake evenly and come out great! I like the front controls being knobs instead of buttons. I think they are easier to use and more durable than being push buttons. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Love the look, not the noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven looks fantastic in my kitchen! It gave me that upgraded oven look with no backing I’ve been searching for however, the oven is abnormally loud. Turning on the oven to preheat the oven sounds like a jet plane getting ready for take off. It’s much louder than any other oven I’ve ever owned. The stove top burners are great! I’m really enjoying the different heating features. Overall I’m happy with the burners, and good looking appliance, but not the loud preheating noise of the oven.

If you’re hearing a humming sound when starting your pre-heat, this is a normal sound your cooling fan makes throughout the cooking cycle and after the oven is shut off. This can take between 30 -60 mins.
If you feel the sound is becoming louder, please give us a call. Our Customer Care Department will be glad to assist you further at 800-374-4432, and available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am-8pm EST.
