Dependable, great price and easy to use!

Brand new and the oven will not shut off

This range is only a week old. Tried the oven for the first time, and the oven does not turn off. I thought that maybe the fan had to cool the oven down before shut down but after 2-3 hours, the oven was still on. The only way to shut the oven off is to set a bake time for 1 second and then it finally shuts off.
Please don't tell me to contact your repair by phone or chat. Chat is never available on your website (why even put it there??). I've tried numerous times to reach you by phone, but after tapping numbers to reach a representative, I'm told you're too busy and you hang up.

Semi-handicapped

Bad burner

It took 6 weeks to receive our stove and one of the burners doesn't work and I think oven heat may be off a little as it burnt bottom of cookies. It will take another 6 weeks to get a replacement.

Basic range

I need a slide in range with front knobs that are easy to reach. This fit the bill. But certain features are very disappointing; the oven door will not stay partially open to pull out a casserole from a hot oven, so you must open the door full to take anything out from the oven; the bake timer automatically turns off the oven when the time is reached requiring one to rest the oven temp. The timer does not display the remaining bake time so you have to guess. The slats on the oven racks are wider than standard so the small mini muffin tins for example are not as stable. I wish I kept my old oven racks. Finally the black cooktop shows all dirt .

We remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and bought the Frigidaire appliances but did not need the oven at the time. Now everything matches and I love it! Our neighbors were happy too because we made cookies to share with them!
