[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm kind of a simplistic person, so it's just fine for our family. Nice variety of burner sizes and easy to use. Burners heat up quickly and oven preheat quickly, too. At least compared to my old stove. The storage drawe could be larger.

Had a problem right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven does not turn off. I have to unplug the range for half an hour every time I use the oven. Took 45 minutes to navigate the service phone tree. Once I registered the product, scheduling warranty service was fast.

I've owned my range/oven for about 3 weeks. I use the range often and the oven about 2 times a week. Yesterday I was using the oven, turned it off. When I returned to the kitchen about 20 minutes later I heard the oven running. Opened it up and it was still hot, the oven green light was off but the oven continued to stay on. I tried pushing the off button a couple times waiting a couple minutes in between to see if the motor turned off, I did not. I then selected bake again, the green light came on, then selected off. This time I could hear the motor turn off.
