Unstable Heating Speed

I wish I loved it but after using it numerous times, it disappointed me because (1) the cooktop temperature increase/reduce speeds are unpredictable, unstable. The temperature increases very slowly, and after a while of nothing happen, your food/liquid being heated suddenly start heating excessively and then the food is burned or the liquid gets spilled out of the pot. Even I turn off the cooktop quickly, the heat of the cooktop surface still gives out high heat, which is a mystery to control. After this purchase, I will buy another brand/model. Moreover, the burnt out spillage is unable to be cleaned or you risk of getting the surface scratched like other reviewers mentioned.

Decent Stove

It would be nice if the clock stayed up while the cook timer was running and the hot range icon told you which range was actually hot. Small issues only, no deal breakers.

No Heat

I used the self-cleaning feature one time and now the oven will not heat at all, either bake or broil. This is a design flaw!
