Fan Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the actual oven for the first time the other day. Selected the temperature and once I hit the bake button something in the bottom backside started making a awful sound. Sounded like a fan or blower motor was on its last leg. Continued to run the whole warmup, cook time, and till it decided it was cool enough. Haven’t gotten a hold of Frigidaire yet so not sure how their customer service is but sad you have to call or have something like this happen on a brand new appliance that you had for less than a month.

Performs Well, But Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new range works great. We especially like the controls on the front. Our old range had the controls in the back and were almost impossible to read because of the glare and reflection off the lights in the hood over the stove. There are two things that are minor gripes, though. The first is the glass cooktop seems to scratch much easier than our old unit. The second is the way the timer and oven temperature settings operate. Our old range had a number keypad that was used to easily punch in the oven temp and cook time. To set the cook time and oven temperature on this one. you must repeatedly punch arrow keys to reach the desired setting. Not a big deal, but not too convenient. Just irritating enough to lose a star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Frigidaire range after having bad luck with a Samsung that had an oven that wouldn’t maintain a steady temperature for baking. Finally enjoying baking again now that the Frigidaire has arrived. Really enjoying the new design of the cooktop as well, without the obstruction along the back burners. It’s like having 5 fully usable burners that pans fit on.
