tried 20 times to call your company

i have had my stove less than a year and the front eye has already gone out, i have tried to call your company 20 times and get disconnected because your automated system says you cannot take calls at this time

Love the oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the oven because of the space. The preheat doesn’t take long. Now the cooktop, takes awhile to heat up and cool down. Of course you could say I was spoiled by my previous range. Personal issue, I am not a fan of the solid black stovetop. But I know I don’t want the white either. My previous stove had a speckled black and white. So yeah, spoiled. Like all change I suppose I will adjust and learn to love it because, unlike my previous stove, this one works!

Beautiful appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me say this is a beautiful oven. It looks amazing in my kitchen! That being said, I don’t believe you can keep this glass stovetop perfect. I cook everyday and my pans are scarred from use. Right after delivery I purchased the recommended cleaner to apply and “prep” the surface for use. Immediately, after using the first time, I noticed a blemish or burn. It still looks fabulous to me but it is not perfect. It cleans up well when I use the cleaner and non scratch pads. I’m very happy with this appliance, but I give fair warning to perfectionists who want this stovetop to remain spotless!

Happy with our new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last spring we started on a remodel of the kitchen and selected this range for its good looks and functionality. It hasn't disappointed us. It operates well. Heats up much faster than our previous range and is easy to keep clean. Now if I could just complete this remodel....
