TOO LOUD - Bad Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range is great, but the oven is extremely loud. In addition I had to refuse delivery on 3 of these because they arrived dented. Clearly Frigidaire doesn't know how to package these ranges.
The oven makes a loud low hum like a fluorescent light that is failing. Louder than my refrigerator, almost as loud as a microwave. When it was delivered it also made a very loud rattling noise when the oven was turned on. The installer was able to tighten and add extra screws to fix it. He said many people have to call a technician as soon as it is delivered in order fix the rattling. Any appliance that requires repair on delivery is a bad choice. I would not buy this again.

No power in oven

Had my range installed and upon plugging it in realized that the oven does not heat up.. Now we have to go through the repair process on a brand new appliance #bad sign

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this oven but just a month into owning it we realized that when you use the oven, the "OFF" button doesnt work. We have to turn it off at the breaker. I called it in for service and the whole front panel needs to be replaced. Also the craftsmanship seems to be lacking. The glass of the stove top isnt secured well to the range and the front panel is loose as well. So, Im hoping that when the tech guy comes out to fix the "off" button that will also fix the panel issue. Guess I wont be winning the $1000 for a review like this LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, good. The range is starting to stain/burn from pans even though nothing was spilled or left to burn. No manual came with it, so I don’t know how to lock the oven door.
