Cool top has a cloudy spot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago, read the instructions cleaned the top as directed. After about two weeks or so I noticed a cloudy spot in one of the heating circles. I was going to call tomorrow 7/26/21 to have someone come look at this issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works just like the brochure says it will. Had to cut into the back wall of the unit to allow tight fit with our current electrical outlet. Once that was done, unit slid right in and works great.
